Hello Majharul,
I’m sorry to hear about the problems you encountered while using our website.
Many common problems can be solved by adjusting your browser settings. Here are some suggestions that usually help:
1) Try reloading the page by clicking “Refresh” at the top of your browser.
2) Clear your cache. Sometimes a full cache can slow down your web browsing. Instructions for clearing your cache should be available in your browser’s Help menu.
3) Clear your cookies. The problem may be caused by one of our servers, or by corrupted cookie files on your browser. Instructions for clearing your cookies should be available in your browser’s Help menu.
4) Check your clock. Please make sure that it is set to the correct local date, time, and Time Zone.
5) If you use a firewall, check your firewall settings. You may want to modify the settings or disable it temporarily to access the secure areas of our web site.
6) If you use proxy servers, try accessing the site directly by changing your settings or using a different web browser program. If your network is configured so that the only way to access outside sites is through the proxy, and the proxy doesn’t seem to be working with our website, contact your network system administrator.
7) If you are using any type of parental control software, or if your Internet Service Provider has such controls active on your account, please be sure that these functions are disabled.
If none of these suggestions solves the problem, please click the link below to send us the following information:
* The problem described in detail.
